Trading Terms

These Terms & Conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the “Love in the sky” website.

By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order you are indicating that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices

All prices are as stated on the Love in the sky website, although Love in the sky reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods at any time. All final prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. When prices are shown in other currencies, these prices are based on a WebserviceX currency convertion updated on a daily basis. Your bank may use a different convertion rate and may charge you for a foreign currency transaction if it is not a Pound Sterling account.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Please note that there are certain items for sale that will be excluded from all promotions and discount codes. Sale items and gift vouchers are excluded from promotional discounts.

Warranties

Love in the sky is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Consumer Right Act 2015. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancellation Period

The cancellation period for sales through the Love in the sky website is 14 days from the day after the customer receives their order. In order to receive a full refund, it is the customers responsibility to return the item to Love in the sky in it's original and unused state. Faliure to do so may result in compensation being recovered by Love in the sky up to the original sale price.
