How Our Deliveries Work

• We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. 

​

• We dispatch orders placed before 3pm. All other orders placed after are dispatched the following day unless stated in the product description.

*Please note that, unless otherwise stated, made-to-order items have their own delivery time schedules which do no relate to the below. For these items, the delivery time is stated in the item description.*

FREE UK DELIVERY - Order by 3pm on Thursday 23 March for delivery by Saturday 25 March in time for Mother's Day

Standard: Royal Mail 48 Tracked - £2.95

​

Standard Postage is FREE for Orders over £30!

​

If you place your order before 3pm on weekdays, then it will be dispatched the same day. It will normally arrive within 2-3 working days, although this is not a guarenteed service and can take longer. For a guarenteed delivery time, use our Express Delivery option.

Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following morning. In case of a delayed delivery, please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.

Priority: Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £4.45

​

If you place your order before 3pm on weekdays, then it will be dispatched the same day. It will normally arrive within 1-2 working days, although this is not a guarenteed service and can take longer. For a guarenteed delivery time, use our Express Delivery option.

Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following morning. In case of a delayed delivery, please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.

Express Delivery: Guaranteed Next Working Day - £5.95

​

To guarantee Next Working Day Delivery for orders placed anytime before 3pm, choose our Express Delivery option (certain remote areas could be longer).

Also choose this option if you wish to choose your delivery day. To do this contact us quoting your name, order number and we can book a specific day for you.

​

Saturday Delivery: Guaranteed Saturday - £6.95

​

For orders placed anytime before Friday 3pm, choose our Saturday Delivery option to receive your parcel that Saturday. 

Delivered when you’re not at home?

​

The carrier we use will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel.

​

You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange a delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first before we do so.

​

To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address - for example, your work address.
